Too many service providers, high costs, no single brand, a company logo similar to competitors and various marketing strategies operating in silos.
As an emerging business with a new product being launched in Australia, the JCurve management team had their hands full establishing their business.

Following best practice advice, JCurve outsourced its various marketing tasks and brand custodianship to various service providers. However, with no central ownership of the brand, having ‘siloed’ specialists proved to be a high cost model that did not generate brand cohesion and thus delivered limited success. JCurve did not need single focused specialists, but rather a multi channeled agency to own all their requirements. In 2010, JCurve commissioned TAOS creative to assist them manage their brand and align their marketing efforts across digital and print needs.

 

Project mechanics
Starting with an audit of the JCurve business and strategic direction; our creative team and account management analysed their existing brand and marketing programs, including the channels they were marketing in. The corporate identity quickly evolved and all business collateral updated. The new brand was implemented across many applications including – website, banner advertising, brochures, email marketing, presentations and business expos.
